The Trails features 109 single family residential lots, two multi-family sites, and a commercial site.  Several years ago, the property underwent an extensive rezoning application process resulting in the current land use and establishment of Astoria Park and Mule Deer Park through land dedication.  Today, we continue assisting the owners with advancing this project as prime consultant.  The Trails encompasses: multiple development permits; engineering; contract administration; inspection and surveying, and completion; coordination and collaboration with contractors, vendors, municipalities, and sub-consultants;
